We guarantee by all means that all items purchased from Alicebeauty.com are 100% authentic and original. We buy products only from direct and authorized distributors. However, products in the pictures on our website DO NOT always represent what we have in stock. We may carry the previous packaging of a product when a manufacturer may currently have a new look to its product that we choose to represent on our website. Because we carry thousands of products on our website, in some cases there may be typographical errors. We do have the right to cancel your order if there is a typographical error on a product you ordered.

Alicebeauty.com is a California-based company. All items sold by Alicebeauty.com and shipped to destinations in the state of California are subject to 9.75% tax by state law. All orders outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Occasionally we run out of stock in certain items and people order them before we have time to take them off the site. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. When you place an order that contains in-stock and out-of-stock items, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away and cancel the out of stock items. However, we reserve the right in some cases to hold your order until all the products are in. We will only do this if we are expecting to receive the backordered items within a few days. We do not ship separate shipments. Be advised that your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.

It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct items and to review their shopping cart for errors BEFORE submitting their order. When you place an order with us, we (and the law) consider it a binding contractual request by you for our products, as part of the "Electronic Signature Act" passed by majority in US Congress and signed into law by President Clinton, June 2000.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of an internet purchase, an order can not be cancelled. Orders that are placed are usually shipped same day making it impossible to cancel an order. If however you wish to return the product for a refund simply follow our return policy.

Except Canada, we no longer ship internationally.
