Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. There are no exchange or refunds on any item(s) that has been used or don't have its original packaging. The product must not be opened and must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund. We will refund your money to the credit card you used to purchase your item. Please note that the shipping and handling charge is nonrefundable unless is our error in shipping.  If you would like to return a product, please email our Customer Service Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the box, and please include the packing slip inside. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without this authorization number. For your protection, we recommend that you use Insured UPS or Insured United States Postal Service when returning goods. We prefer return requests be handled ONLY through email to expedite your return. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned product. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

- If shipped back to us after 14 days the order will NOT be credited back.
- Damaged in shipping Items will be replaced with an identical product free of charge.
